2. Return and Refund Process:
a. To initiate a return or refund request, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of the service completion date.

3. Eligibility for Return and Refund:
a. Full Computer Service:
– If you are not satisfied with the full computer service provided, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
– The computer service must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
– Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may void the eligibility for return or refund.
b. Computer Repair/Upgrade:
– If the repaired or upgraded computer malfunctions within 30 days of the service completion date, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
– The computer must be returned in the same condition as when the repair/upgrade was completed.
– Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may void the eligibility for return or refund.
c. Training E-Learning Classroom:
– If you are not satisfied with the training e-learning classroom experience, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
– The request for return or refund must be made within 30 days of the completion of the training course.
– Any course materials or resources provided must be returned in their original condition.
d. Vendor Marketplace:
– If you encounter any issues with a product or service purchased through our vendor marketplace, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the vendor’s specific policies.
– We will assist you in contacting the vendor and facilitating the return or refund process.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services:
a. Any software, licenses, or digital products purchased are non-refundable.
b. Any personalized or customized services, including software development, website design, or other tailored solutions, are non-refundable.
c. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

b. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund amount for certain eligible returns.
